Agreement on the Storage of the Cardholder’s Credentials

  1. This Agreement on the Storage of the Cardholder’s Credentials (hereinafter – the “Agreement”) is entered into between you (hereinafter also referred to as – the “Cardholder”) and Sports Insider (hereinafter – the “Merchant”).
  2. By ticking the relevant tick-box and/or clicking the “Start for” button, you express full consent to this Agreement and authorize the Merchant and its payment processing service provider to store your name, surname, card expiry date and PAN number (hereinafter – the Credentials on File (COF)) and to initiate transactions on your behalf (hereinafter – Merchant-Initiated COF Transactions) and/or to process transactions initiated by you (hereinafter – Cardholder-Initiated COF Transactions), both by using the Credentials of File, as indicated below.
    1. Disclosures of the Merchant:
    2. 3.1. Your Credentials will be used for: Cardholder-Initiated COF Transactions and Merchant-Initiated COF Transactions.
    3. 3.2. Description of: Merchant provides digital content sales services in both a single item format and a subscription model with an auto-renewable period; Description of products and plans:
    4. 3.2.1. live forecast - a single product, which includes analytics of a sporting event, which is already in progress at the time of the issuance of such product to the user. The coefficient is not lower than 1.5 at the moment of publication of this product on Merchant's services;
    5. 3.2.2. Premium Forecast - a single product which includes analytics on a sporting event that is published at least 24 hours prior to the event on the Merchant's services. The odds are not lower than 1.5 at the moment of publishing of the forecast on the Merchant services;
    6. 3.2.3. Lite Forecast - a one-off product with the analysis of a sport event; it is published at least 24 hours before the beginning of the event on the Merchant services. The coefficient is not lower than 1.2 at the moment of publishing of the product on the Merchant services;
    7. 3.2.4. Express Forecast - a unique product which includes analytics of a sport event; it is published at least 24 hours prior to the event on the Merchant services. The odds shall not be less than 3.5 at the moment the product is published on the Merchant services;
    8. 3.2.5 Live Subscription - a subscription to this type of service provides users with access to Live forecast content for the selected period. Subscription periods: week, month, three months, year. The cost of subscriptions is presented on the main page of the site, as well as in the personal cabinet of the user;
    9. 3.2.6. Premium subscription - a subscription to this type of service provides users with access to the content of Premium forecasts for the selected period. Subscription periods: week, month, three months, year. The cost of subscriptions is presented on the main page of the site, as well as in the personal cabinet of the user;
    10. 3.2.7. Lite subscription - a subscription to this type of service provides users with access to the content of Lite forecasts for the selected period. Subscription periods: week, month, three months, year. The cost of subscriptions is presented on the main page, as well as in the personal cabinet of the user;
    11. 3.2.8. Express subscription - a subscription to this type of service provides users with access to the content of Express forecasts during the selected period. Subscription periods: week, month, three months, year. The cost of subscriptions is presented on the main page of the site, as well as in the user's personal cabinet;
    12. 3.2.9. Diamond subscription - a subscription to this type of service gives users access to all content except for Live Forecasts content during the selected period. Subscription periods: a week, a month, three months, a year. The cost of subscriptions is presented on the main page of the site, as well as in the user's personal cabinet.
    13. 3.3. Fixed date or interval of the Transaction:
    14. 3.3.1 Live weekly subscription - frequency of transactions once every 7 days
    15. 3.3.2 Live subscription for a month - periodicity of transactions once in 30 days
    16. 3.3.3 Lite subscription for three months - periodicity of transactions once in three months;
    17. 3.3.4 Lite subscription for a year - periodicity of transactions once a year;
    18. 3.3.5 Lite weekly subscription - periodicity of transactions once in 7 days;
    19. 3.3.6 Lite monthly subscription - transactions periodicity once in 30 days;
    20. 3.3.7. three-monthly Lite subscription - transactions periodicity once in three months;
    21. 3.3.8 Lite subscription for a year - periodicity of transactions once a year;
    22. 3.3.9 Premium weekly subscription - periodicity of transactions once in 7 days;
    23. 3.3.10. Premium monthly subscription - periodicity of transactions once in 30 days;
    24. 3.3.11. Premium subscription for three months - periodicity of transactions once in three months;
    25. 3.3.12. Premium subscription for a year - periodicity of transactions once a year;
    26. 3.3.13. Express weekly subscription - periodicity of transactions once in 7 days;
    27. 3.3.14. Express monthly subscription - periodicity of transactions once in 30 days;
    28. 3.3.15. Express subscription for three months - periodicity of transactions once in three months;
    29. 3.3.16. Express subscription for a year - periodicity of transactions once a year;
    30. 3.3.17. Diamond weekly subscription - periodicity of transactions once in 7 days;
    31. 3.3.18. monthly Diamond subscription - transactions frequency once in 30 days;
    32. 3.3.19. Diamond subscription for three months - frequency of transactions once in three months;
    33. 3.3.20. Diamond subscription for a year - frequency of transactions once a year.
    34. 3.4. Event that will prompt the Transaction:
    35. 3.4.1 First subscription - the event for the transaction is entering the user's payment data into the form and clicking on the "Start for" button;
    36. 3.4.2 Automatic renewal of the subscription - «N/A;
    37. 3.4.3 Purchase of a single digital product - the event of the transaction is entering the user's payment data into the form and clicking on the "Pay" button.
  4. The following details in relation to this Agreement shall be included in the transaction confirmation: card number, transaction amount, surcharges (if applicable), transaction currency, transaction date, authorisation code, the Merchant’s location.
  5. You will be notified of any changes to the present Agreement 7 (seven) business days before such changes become effective in relation to scheduled (with fixed, regular intervals) Merchant-Initiated COF Transactions, and 2 (two) business days before such changes become effective in relation to Merchant-Initiated COF Transactions which are unscheduled or in relation to Cardholder-Initiated COF Transactions.
  6. The Agreement shall enter into force after successful authorisation (or account verification) by your card issuer and receipt of your consent to this Agreement by the Merchant, and shall be valid until terminated by you or by the Merchant according to the Cancellation policy.
